DESARROLLO DE CIUDADES COMPROMETIDAS, DCC, is the product of a strategic alliance forged by a long history of collaboration in Spain and Latin America between two leading Spanish consultancies specializing in territorial, urban and sector planning, urban development and architecture: GR-arquitectos, SL and Urbanismo y Arquitectura LBA, SL.  The purpose of the alliance is to expand and improve the services that the two companies currently provide for their clients, and to reinforce their presence in Latin America.
DESARROLLO DE CIUDADES COMPROMETIDAS, DCC, is run by four architects and urban planners, each of whom has more than 30 years of experience in planning, projects and construction.
DESARROLLO DE CIUDADES COMPROMETIDAS, DCC, is backed up in Spain and Latin America by more than 40 skilled professionals with expertise in the various fields related to urban planning and architecture (planning, territorial analysis, environment, engineering, territorial and urban economic development, geography, geographic information systems, sociology, urban design, landscaping, restoration, mobility and transport, legal advice, etc.), which guarantees excellent outcomes for every project.
DCC has also signed strategic collaboration agreements with other complementary consultancies that are international leaders in their respective fields.
The international reputation of DCC is built on the close ties that its directors have forged with the Latin American Union of Municipalities-UIM (of which Juan Carlos García de los Reyes is a founder member and the coordinator of its Knowledge Network on Urban Planning and the Environment) and with the international cooperation organizations of Spain and Andalusia.
